This document is a draft template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Please have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with privacy law before publishing it live, especially once advertising features go live.

1. Information We Collect

Questions you ask. When you type a question into TaxLuvn, that text is sent to our search system to find relevant sections of the tax code, sent to Anthropic (the company behind the Claude AI model) to generate an answer, and logged on our server with the date and time so we can see which topics people ask about and improve our coverage. No account or login is required to use TaxLuvn, so questions aren't tied to a name, email, or other identity.

Automatically collected technical information. Like most websites, our server and hosting provider automatically log standard technical information when you visit — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, timestamps. This is standard web server logging used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate traffic. It is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies. TaxLuvn does not currently use tracking cookies. If we add advertising in the future, our advertising partner(s) may use cookies to serve and measure ads. We'll update this policy, and where required by law, obtain your consent first.
